JOHNSTON – Mrs. Cheryl A. Johnston, age 68, passed away Monday, August 12, 2013. She was preceded in death by her husband, Elwin Johnston; parents, Clyde and Thelma Huckleberry; brother, Jon Wagenborg; and sister, Merlyn Covell. Surviving are her daughter, Anne (Brad) Geiger; son, Ben Hucklebury; stepchildren, David (Kelly) Johnston and Bettie Jo Madison (Jackie Rode); daughter-in-law, Kathy Robeck; special nephew, John Wagenborg; grandchildren, Amber Collins, Hailey Geiger and Brittany DelaCruz; step grandchildren, David (Renee) Madison, Kristi (Chad) Springer, Juli Zylstra and Joe Johnston; brothers, Jerry (Ardath) Wagenborg and Harry (Elaine) Huckleberry; several nieces, nephews and step great grandchildren.

Cheryl retired from Wil-Kast Manufacturing.

A Memorial service will be held 11:00 AM Saturday, August 24 at the Ronan-Vanderpool-Stegenga Funeral Chapel, 3131 S. Division Ave., with visitation one hour prior to the service.
