BERGAKKER – Mervin Bergakker, age 72, of Kentwood, passed away Tuesday, October 1, 2013. He was preceded in death by his wife, Sandra; son, Dallas; granddaughter, Summer Middlestat; sister and brother-in-law, Myra and Alden Blume; brothers, Gary, Marvin, and Duane Bergakker. Surviving are his children, Jerry (Kathy) Bergakker, Matt (Diana) Bergakker, Richard Washburn, Rocky Bergakker; daughters, Beth Ward, Lisa (Richard) McClain, Darla (Jeff) Middlestadt, Patti DeNoon; 13 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; brothers, Arlan (Donna) Bergakker, Dale (Karyl) Bergakker, Keith (Mary) Bergakker; sister-in-law, Nancy Bergakker; sisters, Renee (Charlie) Riveria-Cotto, Muriel (Dennis) VanVurren.

Funeral Service for Mr. Bergakker will be held on Friday, October 4 at 1 pm at Community Christian Reformed Church, 150 Burt St SE, Wyoming. Relatives and friends may greet the family one hour prior to the service at the church.
